1. Returns

SIBU Design products purchased directly from on-line store, over the phone or our showroom location are NON- RETURNABLE. If you are not sure if this is a proper type of product for your application please request samples and technical information prior to your order. We have many sample chips available at no charge. Please note, we bring these beautiful products from Europe upon your order via air freight couriers therefore we absorb significant cost while achieving very fast delivery time. Once the order is processed we cannot cancel it or refund your money.

2. Damaged freight

All SIBU Design products are covered by shipping insurance through the courier company at no charge to our customers. However, it is customer’s responsibility to note any kind of visible damage to a box on delivery driver’s paperwork upon delivery as well as inspect the contents of the box in case of suspected damage while the driver is present. The customer is required to contact IDS Group right away acknowledging freight damage and faxing a copy of waybill with noted damage and driver’s signature. Please note, if you do not note the damage on driver’s paperwork we will not be able to request reimbursement from the freight company, therefore we will be unable to provide you with replacement products at no charge. DO NOT ship the product back to us unless you have contacted our office and received authorization for return. Products returned without proper authorization will not be subject to any credit or reshipment.

3. Lead Time

Delivery time on SIBU Design products varies from two to four weeks depending on the type of order. Once the order is placed you can call or email us to confirm lead time. Once the product ships from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation identifying courier company and tracking number. If at any time you have questions about your order please call or email us.

4. Assumptions

Please understand that you cannot make any assumptions as to how SIBU Design laminates should be processed or applied. We have technical documentation that clearly outlines what you should and should not do with these products. Please follow the guides. If at any time you have questions call or email us; we have experienced technical support that will be able to assist you. Remember, this is a one of a kind product that requires special considerations and it cannot always be treated as regular HPL surface.
